Mobility and convenience are one of the key advantages of VR simulators. On August 21, the founder of the L7 group of military-tech companies Igor Belov visited the studio of the TV channel “Kyiv24”, where the presenter tested the Dronobi training complex live.
“Dronobie” is a mobile simulator for practicing defense skills against FPV drones. In the studio test, the presenter practiced shooting from a pump gun on simulated drones in a safe VR environment. The demonstration showed that the simulator gives realistic sensations (weight of weapon layout, dynamics of targets, etc.), but at the same time eliminates the risk to life and expensive costs of ammunition or real equipment.
Igor Belov stressed that mobile simulators allow you to train anywhere — from the training center to the studio — and do it quickly, without logistical costs and risk for the troops. This is especially important for working out scenarios that can be expensive or dangerous in real life.
