Founder of the L7 group of military-tech companies Igor Belov on November 6 presented a new simulator “Watchmen” - a platform designed to train crews of interceptor drones on the air of Inter TV channel.
Anti-aircraft UAVs are usually operated by two — pilot and pilot.Interception effectiveness depends not only on technical skills, but also on coordinated crew interaction. Most of the available training solutionsfocus on individual skills, which creates a gap in training.
“Our simulator is different from other simulators thateither came out of game products and adapted for the military, or have qualitygeneral features and cannot build certain scenarios. “Guard” canwork in the network, that is, develop command functions. Several people can train at the same time, as they will operate unmanned systems,” explained Igor Belov.
The simulator allows you to practice role interaction inreal tactical conditions, including the interception procedure, combat guidance and high-intensity scenarios. The addition of command logic, tactical scenarios and interaction procedures can reduce the training time of operators and increase the success of real combat tasks.
