PSS ByLogics7 Transmits Relay to L7 Simulators Brand
Owner of the company “Logics 7 Ukraine”Igor Belov transferred the rights to produce combat simulators and related software to the L7 group of companies. The agreement, which included the transfer of all licenses, certificates and intellectual property rights, had been in preparation for more than half a year.
From now on, one of the group companies becomes the official manufacturer of combat training systems — L7 Industrial, which will develop the direction under the new brand L7 simulateurs. It comes to replace the well-known brand market PSS by Logics7.
“We were looking for a buyer who shares our values, our mission and wants to scale the business for a common goal — the victory of Ukraine. I remain a strategic advisor to the company for innovation and product development. My vocation is to create and develop, to be an ideological inspirer and innovator. I found myself in that role.”, — said Igor Belov.
Olena Dushyna, who was previously responsible for the construction and implementation of business processes in the L7 Group, became the CEO of the L7 Group management company“Logics 7 Ukraine”. This strategic appointment is explained by the new owners by its many years of experience in building businesses, effective teams and organizational structures. She is known as a leader who inspires, unites and ensures productive interactions within the company.
No change in quality — with changes in scale
The quality, functionality and innovation of simulators remain unchanged, as well as the complete heredity of functionality, approaches and techniques. In the face of war, the team deliberately refrains from drastic changes in branding, focusing on the real result: training efficiency, speed of technology adoption, and expanding access to modern combat training.
The team of programmers, R&D department and production continue to work in full, but already under a new brand. L7 Simulators also inherits an important social function — free training for the military in its own showroom and field training by instructors on the front lines.
